In this episode, we’re talking about men’s mental health in regional WA with special guest Brad Millsteed, farmer and founder of #6Bs, joining our host Grey Johnston, CSBP Advice, Insight and Marketing Manager.

6Bs is an organisation that is doing incredible work to raise awareness around the importance of mental well-being and community connectedness in regional Western Australia.

Brad chats to Grey about what led him to start the 6Bs initiative and how it developed since its inception in 2017.

2023 will see the second A Night Under the Stars event being held at Buckland Estate, between Toodyay and Northam. The event is a cocktail gala seeking to unite regional and rural communities in Western Australia which last year fundraised for 6 mental health organisations that support regional communities, including the 6Bs! This year, all funds raised through A Night Under the Stars will be directed to the events ‘Shooting for the Stars’ grants program which will help fund initiatives to keep local communities mentally healthy.
