Across these topics, Sarah says she's increasingly putting resilience front and center in conversations with clients. "You can't just build resilience for what you've seen in the past," she says. "You need to be building resilience to what we know will come in the future."

Sarah says events like summer's heat waves have led to increased awareness of the physical impacts of climate change. "It's moving from being theoretical to actually physical and financial," she tells us. "And that is what I think is going to really drive action and capital deployment in the coming years."
