Thank you for choosing Podwise. We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing Podwise. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be requested and how to submit a request.
Refund Eligibility
Podwise offers a 7-day refund window in the following cases:
One-time payment plans purchased through the Podwise website
You may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date if you have used the AI processing service 5 times or less during the purchased plan period.
Accidental renewal of a recurring subscription
If you no longer use Podwise but forgot to cancel your recurring subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided that no credits have been used during the renewed billing period.
Recurring subscription plans are generally not covered by the 7-day refund policy after payment. For recurring subscriptions, Podwise may offer a 7-day free trial before the first charge. If you do not wish to continue, you should cancel the subscription before the trial ends.
Customers who subscribed or purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store should request refunds through those respective app stores.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line "Refund Request".
- In the body of the email, include your account email address, purchase details, and a brief reason for the refund request.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Please Note
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Podwise reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
